Caregivers of today are carrying an overwhelming weight of fear, anxiety, and worry for their children. As they focus on supporting their families, their own well-being often takes a backseat. This webinar offers a space for caregivers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Participants will explore their emotions, uncover moments of gratitude, and move toward self-love as a healing practice. By prioritizing self-care, caregivers can cultivate resilience, allowing them to show up more fully for their families and themselves.

Course Summary: Many parents and caregivers face big challenges, like changes in immigration rules, job loss, and money worries. These problems can bring fear, stress, and uncertainty every day. When adults feel overwhelmed, it can be hard to take care of themselves and support their families.
These sessions offer a safe space for parents and caregivers to learn about stress and how it affects their families. In the first meeting, you will learn to notice signs of stress in yourself and your children, both in feelings and in the body. In the second session we will talk about how to have honest and caring conversations about tough topics, facing the “elephant in the room” together. We will also share simple routines and rituals that help families feel safe and secure during hard times. You will learn calming exercises that both caregivers and children can do together to feel more relaxed and focused.
