Racial Healing Practices to Strengthen Family Coping Resources

For Young Adults

Program Summary:

The Racial Healing SFCR Peer-to-Peer Groups, created by and for People of Color, focus on communal healing from racial trauma and discrimination by cultivating strength-based, resilience-focused healing spaces.

What can I expect as a participant?

  • 6 weeks of support, healing, and connection within an online cohort

  • Meet and get to know other young adults in the community

  • Discover ways to navigate racial stress & celebrate racial identity

  • Learn new wellness strategies

  • A stipend will be provided to participants for each session via e-gift card

  • All sessions will be held ONLINE (link will be sent out to registrants)
