An Invitation to Release Grief and Manifest Joy for Black Women in Denver

For many Black women, we share the experience of carrying more and more, and then even more. In this retreat, we’ll hold space for the grief that you have been carrying—generational, historical, personal, spoken, unspoken—and begin the healing work of naming that grief and of letting go. This retreat is an offering for your healing and to manifest joy for your future.

This half-day retreat focuses on providing strategies for cultivating joy, fostering a balanced life, and reclaiming the energy and peace necessary to thrive both personally and professionally and is designed exclusively for women who identify as Black, African American or descendants of Enslaved peoples in the Denver metro area to provide a space to name and release grief, as we intentionally make space to pick up practices that center joy.
