Train the Trainer Virtual Program

Training Program Summary:

The Trauma-Informed Futures© Train the Trainers (TTT) Series is an interactive virtual program designed to empower educators across all school levels (K through 12) to effectively facilitate our Trauma-Informed Futures© Foundational Training within their own school environments.

Participants will engage in personal storytelling, reflective exercises, and group discussions to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed practices and develop the skills needed to deliver foundational training content in a responsive, supportive, and inclusive manner.

This series offers comprehensive resources, including facilitation guides, lesson PowerPoints, learning tools, case study examples, and interactive activities, ensuring that trainers are well-equipped to lead impactful sessions within their school communities.

Ideal participants possess prior experience with trauma-informed practices, a commitment to cultural humility and educator wellness, and a readiness to provide professional development within their schools.

By the end of the series, participants will be ready to lead trauma-informed training sessions tailored to their unique school settings while managing the emotional and logistical aspects of being a trainer and community advocate.

Training FAQ’s

What makes this training stand out?

Our Train the Trainer (TTT) program is more than just a typical facilitator training. It’s a deeply interactive and supportive experience designed to fully equip you to lead our Trauma-Informed Futures© Foundational Training. Unlike many train-the-trainer programs that provide minimal preparation, we go beyond by offering hands-on guidance, robust materials, and extensive facilitation support to ensure you feel confident to lead impactful trainings.

Who should attend?

This program is ideal for individuals working in K through 12 educational settings, with some familiarity with trauma-informed practices and a commitment to delivering professional development within their school or organization.
