The training will be held from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm MST for three consecutive days.

All live session links and accompanying materials will be distributed prior to the session start date.
This virtual event will be held via Zoom. Participants do not need a paid Zoom account to participate.

Cost and Billing:
Total Program Cost: $2500
First payment of $1,250 due on 6/15/2025
Second payment of $1,250 due on 7/15/2025
An invoice for the first payment will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Refund Policy: Cancellations received on or before June 15, 2025, are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After June 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

Training Program Summary:
The Trauma-Informed Futures© Train the Trainers (TTT) Series is an interactive virtual program designed to empower educators across all school levels (K through 12) to effectively facilitate our Trauma-Informed Futures© Foundational Training within their own school environments.
Participants will engage in personal storytelling, reflective exercises, and group discussions to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed practices and develop the skills needed to deliver foundational training content in a responsive, supportive, and inclusive manner.
This series offers comprehensive resources, including facilitation guides, lesson PowerPoints, learning tools, case study examples, and interactive activities, ensuring that trainers are well-equipped to lead impactful sessions within their school communities.
Ideal participants possess prior experience with trauma-informed practices, a commitment to cultural humility and educator wellness, and a readiness to provide professional development within their schools.
By the end of the series, participants will be ready to lead trauma-informed training sessions tailored to their unique school settings while managing the emotional and logistical aspects of being a trainer and community advocate.

What will this training cover?
The training is adapted from the HEARTS framework and covers key topics such as:
Understanding trauma and the stress response
Cultural Humility in practice
Resilience through the 3 C’s: Connection, Coping, and Competence
Secondary trauma, educator wellness, and burnout prevention
Trauma-informed facilitation skills to avoid re-traumatization
Participants will also explore school-level adaptations of trauma-informed practices, including:
Applying the 4 R’s of trauma-informed practices
Identifying behavioral manifestations of stress across age groups
Challenging deficit-based thinking
Building resilience using the ARC framework (Attachment, Regulation, Competency)
Facilitating safe, inclusive professional development experiences
